Job Description

Overall Summary

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you should be able to help customers deploy and sustain SAP Solutions across various industries nationwide. You will be responsible to develop, configure, provide guidance and perform hands on work on SAP SuccessFactors module.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) environment.
  • Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer’s current process and future state needs.
  • Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process.
  • Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Result-oriented individual.
  • Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
  • Train end-users on specific processes and application.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in configuring, implementing and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • 5 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors from planning to configuration through go-live.
  • Implementation experience using an Agile implementation methodology
  • Ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently communicate with project team members, the client, and the clients’ customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Solid experience with and understanding of Agile Scrum.
  • Ability to work independently and with others; self-directed.
  • Ability to elicit and document business requirements.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with XML/HTML, a plus, with ability to become proficient quickly.
  • Ability to grasp business concepts and setup applications accordingly
  • Ability to multi task, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision.
  • Team player; always working towards win/win relationships
  • Self-motivated person able to work in a changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
