Problem

Lot of gaps in their existing integrated Retail System

Alghanim Industries had already previously installed Integrated IS Retail into their electronic business unit and we could find lots of gaps in their Retail system.

We challenged them that we will transform their entire retail system by removing the existing gaps and streamline the complete retail process with ease.

Solution

SAP IS Retail & Point of Sale (PoS)

SEAL Infotech taken over their existing entire IT SAP competency. They have outsourced the project to us and during our engagement over the span of 3 years, we completely transformed their business processes. Also the gaps which were present earlier and was identified in their first SAP implementation, were realigned as per business processes and objectives.

We also implemented the best practices of SAP IS Retail based on our immense experience.
